Apart from getting great results the programs that Kristina designs are interesting and fun. She keeps you motivated and working with her is a pleasure.

Push ups and sit ups are easy, (one or two at a time).
Eating well for a single meal is easy too... till dinner or midnight or a smorgasbord beckons.
How to run, hike, swim or bike can be learned by almost anyone with some time and dedication.
But how how do you fit this stuff together? You know, into a healthy life or to achieve a Personal Best (be it 20 push ups or an ironman...er woman)?
Kris is how.
Yes, she knows the mechanics, all the the bits and pieces, but more importantly she knows how to put all of them together - just for you. To give you the chance to .... (just fill in the blank with your personal goal for fitness and health). Kris is a pro, a fabulous teacher, lots of fun, and well, she's JUST the GREATEST! I met Coach Kristina last year through her volunteer work with the Team in Training program. She took me that year from a reluctant athlete who could not run for more than 5 minutes without walking to a proud and confident Olympic distance Triathlete. All injury free along the way too! I now have set my sites on running my first 1/2 marathon and completing another Olympic distance tri with coach Kristina's guidance for the second year. She has also taken an active interest in my training races and has been a positive supporter throughout my personal growth over the past year and a half.
