I was always intimidated going to the gym and having everyone watch me workout and my saving grace was Fitness on the Go and their amazing trainer Kelly who is awesome. I would highly recommend these guys to all of my friends.

The idea of working out in my own home was something I was never able to do before contacting these guys. Now I am working out 3 days a week and seeing some good results.

I LOVE the service that Fitness on the Go offers... it is super convenient and they make SURE I get my work outs in. I love my trainer, he is always on time and ready to kick my butt (sometimes I regret that part, LOL). But I have seen results and can't wait to be bikini ready for my trip to Mexico next month!
